How do you ensure the freshness of perishable goods during shipping?
We use specialized thermal packaging and non-toxic gel ice packs for all temperature-sensitive items. Orders containing perishables are shipped via expedited courier to ensure they arrive at your door in optimal condition.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all states within the continental US. We are working on expanding our logistics to include international destinations in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packing, but if your items arrive damaged, please take a photo of the package and contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will issue a replacement or a full refund immediately.
Are your products authentic and imported?
Yes, we pride ourselves on sourcing directly from authentic producers across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Each product page lists the country of origin so you know exactly where your food is coming from.
