At Continental Food Store, we strive to provide the highest quality gourmet products, but we understand that sometimes items may arrive in less than perfect condition. Due to the perishable nature of our food items, we offer a 14-day return window for non-perishable goods and immediate assistance for any damaged or incorrect food deliveries.

Contact Support

Email our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery for perishable items or 14 days for dry goods, including your order number and photos of any damage.

Receive Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label for eligible non-perishable returns.

Pack Your Items

Securely package the unopened items in their original container, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
